My rooms done

Camera is in my store room so using my AC room as pic instead. hehe
My room is done stained, sealed, and painted. Finally got the closet doors in dad kept postponing it. He's like I'll get it tomorrow, no after I shoot my arrows.. etc.

Yesterday I asked him can we get it done now and he said OK. Coarse we screwed it up a bit so it had to be re-done this morning, but it is finally done! Hurray!

I just need get dust out of the room and clean floor then get the bed in. maybe my game and dvd storage too.

I just need paint the guest room and then clean the floor in the basement then stain it. It's a crazy process! I'm hoping once we get my stuff out of the store room into my room there will be enough room for the couch, and couple exercise things so we can stain without having to do it in sections.

I'll be happy once all this work is done in the basement. Coarse we'll be doing upstairs too, but that won't be for while.

Saya made from colors 3d on my 3ds :D I traced a picture of her and colored it so not very original, but I like it helped me get used to the paint program.

Carpet has been in the house since we bought it so it's probably 8 or even 12 years or more.
My mom is having lung problems or immune stuff so we are trying to fix the house up get rid of the carpet which she been wanting to do for long time. Luckily we got it done.

Coarse to top it off my mom's car is breaking down so we had get a new one as it wasn't safe to go long distances in it.

She got a nice truck which has plenty of room in the back for me and the dogs when we travel.

Due to all the expenses from new roof, basement and now car Bella is now eating mainly Totw lamb formula. I plan to get another variety of Totw either the bison/deer one or waterfowl one.

Much lower priced food compared to wellness core/ core ocean and fromm..

She gets fresh food too like plain greek yogurt, egg, caned sardines, salmon, mackerel. plus raw meal two to three times a week and chicken foot once or so a week. So far she is doing well with the Totw I also give her a little honest kitchen love formula as kibble topper once or twice a week she seems enjoy it and so far no issues.

Once things get better we'll be able to rotate between wellness cores, fromm and Totw again.

Basement rennovations incomming!

I haven't posted much mainly due to basement renovations. We are going to rip up the carpet and work on the cement so we just have cements as flooring in the basement I'm sure Saya will like that to cool off on once it's done.

It's been some work. I got all my books, dvds, games and collectables in the storeroom amazing what you can fit when your determined to fit it all.

I put my wallet in the dresser and forgot to take it out so I had to squeeze in to get it out. Crazy! ಥ⌣ಥ

We are also going to paint the guest room and my room. I chose a blue color it looks nice not a deep dark blue more like lighter.. I'll post pic once it's all done and painted. Guest room we got paint called toasted marshmallow.

The stained concrete should look good. Only issue there is a crack in the cement, but we'll fix it up..

Hopefully that will be it on the big projects. We need to take carpet out upstairs, but not right now.

Luckily it was nice day Yesterday I cleaned the snake aquariums out. I didn't have stuff for Jade aquarium so I'll be getting that today or tomorrow. She doesn't seem to mind as long as she has her hide out area and water she is happy.

Hopefully once I'm done with this project I'll make it better habit of updating my blog.

Also once done I plan on ordering some stuff from hare today.

It's been long time since I last gotten stuff from there so I look forward to it.

I plan to get 6 things of Whole Atlantic Herring, 2 lb each,
4 things of Duck Feet, 10 per bag, and 4 things of adult whole quail 8 per bag. I finally have good enough room in the freezer to fit all that stuff. Price is high, but should last Saya for good while.

I also have a $25 gift card for the place so that is good.

Saya has had the quail before and she loved it. She had duck feet before, but only dehydrated kind not raw I have chicken feet in the freezer which she loves.

The herring she never had before she's eaten white fish, saury, mackerel, tiny piece of Alaskan salmon, and smelt she loves fish so I'm sure she'll love the herring. We'll see.

Low value treat reward:Kibble

I feed raw mainly, but for low value treats I do use things like kibble or tiny bits of dog biscuits or treats.

I gotten small bag of Back to basics open range formula. I thought ingredients was Decent and Saya liked it plus it was on sale so not bad price.

Only down side Ainsworthpets the people who make back to basics make two other brands.Which are Source four star from dogfoodadvisor.com and vf-complete which has Menadoine in it.

Luckily they are no longer making VF-Complete kibble which is good..

Info on issues with menadoine here.

I reused the bucket from my first gallon of coconut oil. I had to wash it really good to get it clean..

Fits small bag of kibble just fine and shuts tightly.
I have this container full of treats easier to get into then the gallon bucket so easier to fill the treat bag.

Plus I keep the bucket elsewhere so this small container is nice and fits in my room out of the way.

I got the two small bags of kibble on February 24. The other bag of kibble I got is Fromm surf and turf.

If I had choose between back to basics and fromm I'd choose fromm I like fromm more and they have wide range of formulas to choose from. Either way I don't plan to buy back to basics again.

I don't ever plan to put Saya fully on kibble, but they do make good low value treats she doesn't get a ton of it and not even full days or meal portion some weeks she doesn't get any some she just gets two or three tiny pieces.

This last Sunday I put the rest of back to basic kibble into the smaller container and added the fromm kibble to the container after I cleaned it and dried it. I did a bit extra work and got the coconut oil sticker off of the bucket so it looks nicer.

I much prefer raw diet myself a bit of hard work at first, but Saya's health improved a lot since putting her on it.

Once I'm done with fromm I plan to get small bag of ziwipeak lamb.
Ingredients:
Lamb Meat, Liver, Tripe, Heart and Kidney, Chicory Inulin, Green-lipped Mussel, Fish Oil, Lecithin, Kelp, Vitamins and Minerals, Parsley, Naturally preserved with mixed tocopherols, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Copper Proteinate
